John is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Privilege Foundation. He is currently serving as the Chairman of Senekal/ Matwabeng Community Forum which was formed in 2020 as a respond to riots that took place in that year due to the murder of a young famer Brendon Honer.
John has been instrumental in building peace between this two community durring the uncertainty time. For his role in peace process, he was honoured durring Unashamedly Ethical yearly Awards held in Capetown.
He is a faculty member of Wilberforce Academy in South Africa and him and his wife are running an NGO focusing on Parenting and Relationships ( Tlholo Family Consulting)

John is an ordained Pastor currently serving a small Local Church and does travel extensively around the country engaging with civil society on the matters of Nation building and mobilisation.

He is happily married to Cecilia Mathuhle blessed with six children.
